1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Revolution Structural for any professional engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website and do not engage our services.
2. Services Provided
Revolution Structural provides structural engineering consulting services, including but not limited to residential and commercial structural inspections, load-bearing assessments, engineering drawings, permit documentation, foundation evaluations, and safety inspections. All services are performed by or under the direct supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer registered in the States of Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While Revolution Structural provides professional engineering opinions based on observable conditions and available information at the time of inspection or consultation, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, results, or the decisions made by third parties including but not limited to local permitting offices, contractors, or municipalities. Our reports and recommendations represent professional judgment based on conditions visible and accessible at the time of service.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revolution Structural’s total liability to any client or third party for any claim arising out of or related to services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Revolution Structural shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
5. Scope of Inspections
Structural inspections and assessments performed by Revolution Structural are limited to visually accessible areas and conditions observable at the time of the inspection. We do not perform destructive testing unless specifically agreed upon in writing. Conditions that are hidden, concealed, or inaccessible at the time of inspection are beyond the scope of our services.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the property or structure being assessed. Clients must ensure safe and legal access to all areas required for inspection or assessment. Revolution Structural is not responsible for any delays or incomplete assessments resulting from restricted access or withheld information.
7. Use of Reports and Drawings
Engineering reports, drawings, and documents produced by Revolution Structural are prepared for the exclusive use of the named client and the specific project described. These documents may not be transferred, reused, or applied to any other project, property, or purpose without prior written consent from Revolution Structural. Unauthorized use of our work product releases Revolution Structural from any liability related to such use.
8. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as agreed upon in the project proposal or service agreement. Revolution Structural reserves the right to withhold delivery of final reports, drawings, or stamped documents until payment is received in full. Overdue accounts may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Revolution Structural reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
10. Third-Party Reliance
Engineering reports and documents produced by Revolution Structural are intended for the use of the named client only. Any third party who relies on our reports or documents does so at their own risk. Revolution Structural accepts no responsibility or liability to any third party who relies on work product not specifically prepared for them.
11. Drone Services
Where drone-assisted inspections are performed by our FAA Certified Remote Pilots, all flights are conducted in compliance with applicable FAA regulations. Clients consent to drone operations over their property when this service is engaged. Revolution Structural is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions identified during drone operations that were not part of the originally scoped inspection.
12. Website Use

Visitors should not rely on website content as a substitute for a formal engineering consultation. Revolution Structural makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of website content.
13. Intellectual Property

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, as the company’s primary place of business. Services rendered in Pennsylvania or Virginia may be subject to the applicable laws of those states. Any disputes arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state in which the services were performed.
15. Changes to These Terms
Revolution Structural reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services or website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
